If you have ever decked a fully extended trolling motor in rough water? conditions you know how hard it is on some boats to depress the unlock and then bend down to grab the trolling motor head/shaft with two hands and pull the trolling motor straight up and then pivot the shaft to the horizontal stow position and doing it while waves/rollers are slamming the boat, to say the least you might get a little wet, DeKmo solves this problem and it helps keep me (George) dry and in the sport of fishing and sure it will for you.
